Q: I need help monitoring my PPC accounts, can Acorn help me?

A: If a customer chooses not to participate in the MarketWatch Program, Acorn IS will offer to produce a minimal PPC Review report on a monthly basis for a lesser cost than subscribing to the full MarketWatch Program. These reports provide the exact information from the PPC reporting accounts as well as a recap of any adjustments we made to improve your click through rate (CTR) or average ad position. Phone and E-mail support regarding questions about the PPC report is billable in addition to the report cost. After reviewing the report, the customer may request that Acorn IS make additional changes to the account, or they may choose to make their own changes based on the report. Any work involved to make changes to a customer’s PPC account is billable.
