Q: How do I Transferring In .uk domain name?

A: IMPORTANT

Please ensure that the current email address for the administrative contact of the domain is a) a valid email address and b) that any email sent regarding this transfer will be responded to.

If either of the above do not apply, please ask your current TAG holder to amend these details before starting the transfer process through QiQ.

The Transfer Process

1. Ask the current TAG holder to change the TAG to HEARTINTERNET. You can see the current TAG holder by doing a Domain Name Search at www.nic.uk
2. Once the TAG has been changed please raise a support ticket requesting the transfer. If you are a new customer you will need to pay your invoice before the transfer is started, existing customers will be invoiced on 30 day terms.

What Happens Next

The Administrative Contact for the domain will be sent an email by containing a link and password to confirm the transfer. Please ask them to forward this email to you to QiQ to process.

If the administrative contact for the domain does not respond to the email sent after 24 - 48 hours we can either repeat the request or request changes to the domain in a manual manner.
