Frequently Asked Questions Q: How do I view my website statistics? A: To view stats for your site first go to the Control Panel at http://cp.vishost.net. Login using the username and password provided in your account information email. 1. Click on Domains > "yourdomainname" > Statistics 2. At the bottom of the Statistics page you'll see quick view of how much data has been downloaded as a result of visitors viewing your site for the past 30 days and the last 24 hours. Two statistics packages are installed with the SOHO Hosting Plan and above. (The Basic Plan only includes AWStats) 3. The first is AWStats. Click on the link "Click Here to View Stats" under AWStats in the Advanced Statistics box. Use the navigation on the left to view the various reports in the right frame. You may want to click the "Update Now" link at the top of the right frame to make sure the latest traffic data is included. 4. The second package is called SmarterStats. Click on the link "Click Here to View Stats" under SmarterStats in the Advanced Statistics box on the Statistics page. This will open a new browser window where you will have to log into the SmarterStats application. The Site ID and Username will already be filled in. Just type in your password (same as above) and click the Login button. SmarterStats is an extensive website reporting tool. Take a look at the various reports it can generate. You can even define custom reports based on your needs. Reports can be sent to you via email automatically. Look for this under the Config menu.
