Frequently Asked Questions Q: I am unable to log in to Web Builder tool A: This may be caused by the password that has been set up automatically for your account. If your password contains any non-alphanumeric characters (!@#$%^&* etc) then it will need to be reset in your control panel to one that is only alphanumeric.
