A: Due to an increase in the number of compromised email accounts we have increased our password requirements to the following: - Minimum of 7 characters - One Capital Letter - One lowercase letter - One Number - One Symbol - Cannot be the same as the email account name Any new email accounts or password changes will have to meet the new standard.
