A: For standard POP3 and SMTP email accounts using the Vision IS email server, use mail.domain.com, for both servers where domain.com is replaced with your domain name. NOTE: Many access providers require you to use their SMTP servers (Cox, Earthlink, Yahoo DSL, etc.) If you are having trouble sending email, check with your access provider about their SMTP (sending email) policy.
