BillingOrchard provides a single interface to manage recurring billing for web hosting companies and hosting resellers. Simply enter your client's information once through the administration section, or automatically enter new clients through our API. On the same screen, enter when the first bill will be sent and how often you want an invoice to be automatically generated from that date forward.

An unlimited number of recurring fees can be assigned to a single client, and each recurring fee can recur on a different schedule. For instance, for a single client, you can setup the following recurring fees:

Domain name billing (recur once every 2 years for $39.95)
Web host billing (recur monthly for $19.95)
Email account billing (recur once per quarter for $29.95)

BillingOrchard will then consolidate any recurring fees that have been generated since the last invoice into one single invoice. You can even add one-time fees, such as setup fees, or time-based hourly billing, such as maintenance support, and all line items will automatically be added to the recurring invoice.
