Client Management

How many clients can I manage in my BillingOrchard account?
You can manage an unlimited number of clients through BillingOrchard. We have subscribers who manage thousands of clients through their single BillingOrchard account.

How do my clients receive their invoices?
You can send your invoices as a PDF, an HTML email, a text email with a link to the invoice on BillingOrchard's secure server, or you may print and send the invoices to your clients.

Does BillingOrchard collect money from my clients?
BillingOrchard does not collect payments on behalf of your company. BillingOrchard is integrated with Authorize.Net to enable you to collect payments through BillingOrchard, which are then sent through the Authorize.Net gateway and finally to your merchant account. You may also setup PayPal integration through BillingOrchard, so your clients can click on the PayPal logo on your invoices, and make a payment. Finally, there is a Universal Gateway feature, which allows you to include a "pay now" link on your invoices, which posts information to any form, including processors such as Worldpay, 2checkout, Linkpoint, and many more.

How many client can I manage for $14.95 per month?
You can manage an unlimited number of clients with no increase in price.

Do the Authorize.Net plans include the Authorize.Net service and transaction fees?
No. You will need a merchant account with Authorize.Net to collect credit card payments from your clients. We have partnerships with several merchant account providers, and can recommend one based on your needs and transaction level. Please contact us for additional information.

Free Trial & Getting Started

Will you start billing me at the end of my free trial?
No. You will receive an email at the end of your free trial notifying you that it has expired. If you choose to continue your subscription, you will then have the option to signup as a paying subscriber.

Is the free trial a fully functioning version of the software?
Yes. All functions work the same way in the paid and free trial version of BillingOrchard.

Do I need to install any software on my server or desktop?
No. BillingOrchard is a web-based electronic billing product accessible anywhere in the world where you have an Internet connection and standard web browser.
