Time Based Billing for Consultants

Consultants can utilize BillingOrchard to organize time-based billing and expenses incurred on behalf of clients. Since BillingOrchard is accessible anywhere in the world with an Internet connection and browser, hours can be logged onsite or offsite. When an expense is incurred on behalf of a client, login to BillingOrchard and submit the expense. The expense will then be included in the client's next invoice.

When time-based work is completed for a client, simply enter your time, rate and description, or choose from your default hourly services, and BillingOrchard will compute the charges. When your client's next invoice is created, all hourly fees will be included and consolidated into a single invoice.

To further simplify invoicing, utilize BillingOrchard's automated recurring billing to automatically generate an invoice on a scheduled basis.
